The company owner and President/CEO – Jess Mitchell is no stranger to the construction industry. Growing up a third-generation iron worker she has strong ties with local 89 ironworkers out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As a woman business owner, her Native American heritage and being immersed in the construction culture her entire life fuels her fierce nature in a male dominated industry to be the best.

 

Double Down Rebar specializes in rebar installation and post tension with over fifteen years of experience. Chief Estimator & Field Operations Manager – Cody Mitchell, has spent the last twelve years working exclusively with rebar as a member of Local 89 Ironworkers union. His extensive knowledge, strong work ethic and leadership skills will grow our company into future.
